Bought the 2 Ozzi chairs as they looked study, compact and easy to carry round.

My husband has dementia and when we go walking more than not there is not enough benches in the areas we visit. These chairs are perfect for stopping when he gets tired and just getting it out for him to rest.

I ordered two chairs and they're so easy to set up and I love the compactability of them!

Unfortunately, one of the bag straps broke very suddenly right as I got them.

(Only on one of them, not sure how it happened but the other one is still holding strong :) )

I emailed for support with photos and they've responded in a timely manner and was very quick to make sure I was arranged a replacement.

This was more than I would ever spend on a camping seat but the build on it is really solid and it does fold small. Everything on it is quality including the little carry bag so I can appreciate why it costs what it does. A decent warranty helps to put your mind at rest too.
