The chairs arrived and we took them the next day to a local music festival. They were great. Really compact and easy to carry. I little stiff to open at first but this will loosen over time. Really comfy to sit in and easy to get up compared to other chairs we've had. Worth the investment.

I bought 2 of these little sturdy chairs for my fishing trips easy to carry and to put up and fold away love them and the customer service second to none .I had problems with address issue's and ozzi gear quickly sorted out for me thank you . I will be shopping with ozzi gear in the future quality merchandise

Bought this for car-camping but it's also ideal for something I'm volunteering for at the moment, which involves walking a mile up a farm track & working hard all day, with tea & lunch breaks, which is where the chair comes in! It's light & small enough for me (67F) to carry in my backpack, quick to put up & sturdy enough for me to collapse into at break time, even on uneven ground. It was slightly stiff to put up at first but has eased up now - or I've got stronger! - and easy enough to pack down when I've worked out which way it folds up. Does not feel at all flimsy; the joints are metal, the legs are sturdy & I have high hopes it will last well. Highly recommended!

So happy with this chair. I needed a chair that I could take with me that wasn’t heavy, bulky & didn’t need to carry. I bought this to take to a festival but will be so handy for walks, camping. Having bad knees I can easily get in & out of this chair & I’m 5.11.

Customer service was great at answering my questions before purchase & kept me updated with delivery updates. Deliver to UK 🇬🇧 was super fast. Highly recommend this chair! Yes, pricey for a chair but should last a lifetime!

So simple to set up. As light as described and super sturdy! Not cheap but well worth the money. Considering other chairs don’t always last the summer, this chair is cost effective.

It's everything they say it is. Light strong stable and ridiculously comfortable. Easy to set up. Easy to fold it up. I felt sure it couldn't be as good as the adverts made out. It's not, it's better. I'm really glad I bought it.

We bought a duo pack, a chair and a loumger when there was an offer on with groundsheet etc.

I ordered the burgundy red chair. When the chair arrived it was black, not red and it was on its own.

I contacted Ozzi gear and discovered the duo pack was dispatched in two parcels and the lounger was still on the way. They then sent me a red cover for the chair.

When the lounger turned up we had another issue, a weird double click when someone sat down, so I asked if that was normal. Apparently not and a complete new lounger was sent out, and the missing groundsheets.

All is correct now and we are very happy with the chairs and more than happy with the support from customer service.

I find the smaller, outdoor chair best as it is a bit taller and easy for my arthritic bones to get up from but the lounger is super comfy too and both are very easy to erect and close up.

Certainly would recommend.

Bought so many crap chairs over the years i could open my own crap chair shop, seen the Ozzi chair all over my insta so did some research and all reviews great! So bought one for my 9 year old son mainly as he has spina bifida so his legs get tired easily and he needs a rest, still want him to hve a fantastic childhood so days out, theme parks, you name it, in the past I’ve carried him on my back breaking mine, find a wall to sit on, rock, bench, nothing comfy to hand but now I can take this, it literally took 10 seconds to set up “and put away about 20” and I can not stress how comfy and supportive it is on your back. It is made with the finest and strongest quality materials and I’ll be ordering the loungers next. If you have any doubt about the quality or ease, honestly i am such a research freak who examines everything and this is 100% quality! Thank you ozzi gear!!
