Q1 - Why are the canopies so tight?

All brand-new Ozzi Gear chairs come with tighter canopies upon first use. We’ve designed them this way to ensure they remain strong, stable, and comfortable throughout years of use.


As shown in the video above, we recommend pulling the final two arms towards yourself with a firm amount of force to lock them in place for the first time.


Once set up, simply leave the chairs upright for a few hours and enjoy sitting in them as the canopy stretches.

Q2 - Can my chair get wet at the beach?

It absolutely can. All of our chairs are designed with corrosion-proof materials which allows you to use your chair wherever you go.

If you do however get salt water on your chair at the beach, we recommend washing it down with fresh water once you get home.

Q3 - Whats my warranty on the chair?

All of our chairs are backed with a lifetime warranty due to our confidence in the product we’ve created.
