1. Return & Exchange Policy
If you receive your Ozzi Gear product and don't love it, you can request a return within 45 days of its arrival for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support@ozzigear.com, and we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
To qualify for a return, you must meet the following criteria:
- Initiate the request within 45 days of the order's arrival (orders are FINAL once the 45-day window is closed)
- Orders must be sent back within it's original packaging
- Ensure that all components are included (carry strap & carry bag).
- Chairs must be in "re-sellable" / "like-new" condition
Please note - Refunds are NOT accepted for any items purchased during sale periods or using discount codes.
Please note - The customer covers any shipping costs associated with returning an order (this does NOT include breakages as this is covered under warranty)
Please ensure - You reach out to us before returning or exchanging any items, as we will provide you with the necessary return instructions.
This return and exchange policy applies exclusively to Australian, European & UK customers and to purchases made directly on our website.
2. Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will notify you via email to confirm its receipt. Your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please email us atsupport@ozzigear.com, and we will verify the status of your refund. In some cases, it may take additional time for your refund to be processed, and you may need to contact your bank or credit card company directly.
4. Warranty Policy
We guarantee every Ozzi Gear product to be free of manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with a genuine Ozzi Gear product purchased through our website, we will replace it with a new one at our discretion.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorised repairs, alterations, or normal wear and tear over time. This includes the natural degradation of colours and materials.
If your Ozzi Gear product is damaged due to misuse, our customer service team will assess the damage and may be able to offer solutions for repair.
In cases where the product cannot be repaired after misuse, we may extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you to purchase a new Ozzi Gear product at a discounted price.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us directly via email at support@ozzigear.com. Include your order number, photos showing the issue, and a detailed description of your question or concern. The more information you provide, the better we can assist you in finding the best solution as quickly as possible.
5. Manufacturer Warranty Details
Ozzi Gear offers a lifetime warranty on all outdoor chairs from the date of purchase, subject to the limitations specified herein. This warranty is void if the product is altered, serviced, or repaired by anyone other than Ozzi Gear, or if the product is not properly maintained under normal use and service conditions.
