1️⃣ Order Processing Times

  • Orders generally ship same day or next business day after they are placed.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be processed the following business day.

  • Orders are packed Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

🚚 Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days

⚡ Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

🌍 International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance.

  • Most international orders arrive within 7–15 business days.

Note: Delivery estimates begin once the order has been shipped, not when it is placed.


3️⃣ Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

4️⃣ Shipping Rates

  • Free postage on all orders over $100 AUD

  • Orders under this amount incur a flat $30 postage charge


5️⃣ Shipping Address Changes

If you made an error entering your shipping address, please contact us ASAP:

  • Address changes can only be made before the order ships

  • Once a parcel is in transit, we’re unable to reroute it


6️⃣ PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Rural Delivery

We ship to all locations:

  • PO Boxes ✔

  • Parcel Lockers ✔

  • Rural/remote areas ✔ (may experience slightly longer delivery times)


7️⃣ Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees (if applicable) are covered by us

  • We ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms worldwide


8️⃣ Delays & Peak Season Notice

While we work hard to ship quickly, delays may occur due to:

  • 🎄 High-volume periods (Christmas, Black Friday, EOFY, etc.)

  • 📦 Carrier delays

  • 🌧 Weather disruptions

  • 🛃 Customs processing (international orders)

We appreciate your patience during these rare situations.


9️⃣ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

📍 Lost Packages

If your parcel shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

📸 Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email photos to:

We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the scenario.

🔐 Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered, Not Received)

If your order is marked Delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbours, household members, or building managers

  2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

  3. Contact us so we can lodge a tracking inquiry


🔟 Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in separate parcels due to:

  • Stock availability

  • Warehouse logistics

  • Packaging size

You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

If your order has not arrived within 5–10 business days:

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed parcel

  • Carrier unable to deliver

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
