We ship to all locations:

  • Rural/remote areas ✔ (may experience slightly longer delivery times)

Delays & Peak Season Notice

While we work hard to ship quickly, delays may occur due to:

🎄 High-volume periods (Christmas, Black Friday, EOFY, etc.)

📦 Carrier delays

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

📍 Lost Packages : If your parcel shows no movement for 7+ business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

📸 Damaged Orders : If your order arrives damaged, email photos to :📧 support@ozzigear.com We will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the scenario.

🔐 Stolen Packages (Marked Delivered, Not Received)

If your order is marked Delivered but not received:

  1. Check with neighbours, household members, or building managers
  2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)
  3. Contact us so we can lodge a tracking inquiry

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, it may arrive in separate parcels due to :

  • Stock availability
  • Warehouse logistics
  • Packaging size

You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 5–10 business days:

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed parcel
  • Carrier unable to deliver

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
