These chairs are very comfortable and easy to setup. The one problem I had with the earlier version of the outdoor lounger was how difficult it was to extend the support rods on the chair back. This new version has solved that problem… the support rods on the chair back are now very easy to extend!

So I treated myself to the lounger and I love that too... Adjustable back straps allows you to relax and chill.. the fitted pillow is a nice touch.

Quality looks very good but ask me after 5 years of use.
Comfort is medium for the small one but excellent for the larger on. I prefer the larger even if it is little bigger.

Great compact chairs. Ease of use I believe will improve as they stretch.
My only feedback would be that I wish the pillow was detachable or able to adjust height. I am 5'4 and find the pillow is too high, unless I sit bolt upright. I need to use a separate pillow for best comfort. Also, if it was detachable I would have the option of leaving it off, therefore making the package smaller and easier to put away in the bag.
Husband is 6' and finds the pillow height OK.
Other than that, the chairs seem great.
Better communication regarding delay in delivery would have been appreciated. They eventually arrived after nearly 2 months and were delivered while I was away.
Worth the wait though, and I will purchase a small pillow for myself, to overcome that issue.
